Another creative day in reception. Lots of exploration of using different collage materials, glueing and talk about what they are making. “I’m making a robot with big eyes and lots of legs.” The children loved seeing their masterpieces on display.

Year 2 created an in-the-moment collaborative piece this week inspired by Andy Goldsworthy. After looking at his works and discussing ephemeral art, they worked as a team outdoors to create something just wonderful in our yard. #WeAreCreative

Year 1 had the BEST day snowtubing, meeting Santa and enjoying hot chocolate. Our children showed resilience and bravery tackling those slopes! #WeAreProud. We are so lucky to have this on our doorstep!

Reception children had a great time at Tweddle farm to see Santa. Mr Claus himself told me that they have all made the nice list!

Our Book Bar is proving to be a real success story, it is lovely seeing the children being excited about reading.

Today our pupils were given the chance to watch England's first game in this historic first ever winter World Cup! The 3 Lions secured victory over Iran by winning the game 6-2. Come on England!!

Today Nursery children had a chance to get up close to some magnificent birds of prey. They learnt about diet, habitats & the role of a Falconer. They held birds and saw a Harris Hawk in flight. A memorable experience for our nursery children

Our children had a fantastic time this afternoon and were thoroughly entertained when M&M Theatrical Productions visited our school with their pantomime performance of Cinderella.
